If the click ID is missing, conversions often cannot be matched back to the original click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the new <strong>External ID = Is Empty<\/strong> condition, you can automatically decide how to handle this traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What you can do<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Mark it as bot traffic.<\/li><li>Redirect it to another link.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Exclude it from your campaigns and reports.<\/li><li>Send it to a separate flow for analysis.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To configure it, open <strong>Bot Filters<\/strong>, add the <strong>External ID<\/strong> condition, choose <strong>Is Empty<\/strong>, and select the action you want BeMob to perform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine\u00a0 <strong>External ID = Is Empty<\/strong> with <strong>Crawler<\/strong> and <strong>IP Data Allowlist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BeMob now automatically blocks clicks coming from known bot and crawler User-Agents before they are recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This helps keep invalid traffic out of your reports, preserves your tracking events, and improves the accuracy of your campaign statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Setting: Bot User-Agents Restriction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you intentionally work with bot or crawler traffic\u2014for example, for testing or certain integrations\u2014you can now enable <strong>Allow Bot User-Agents<\/strong> in<strong>
