🔔 Event Usage Notifications, Updated creationTime Value for Facebook Events

Event Usage Notifications

Previously the event usage notifications were available only for Free plan users.

Clients on paid plans had to monitor their event usage manually on the Subscription page which could be inconvenient — especially when exceeding the included event limits.

To make usage monitoring easier we have introduced:

• Panel notifications for 90%, 100%, and 200% event usage.
  
• Email notifications for 90%, 100%, and 200% event usage.
  
• A progress bar in the panel menu linking directly to the subscription page for detailed usage information

The Events menu is available at the top of the panel.

Click on Events tab to see the current plan with included events quota and your possible overage.

Now you can always stay informed about your monthly event usage and upgrade your subscription before your plan’s events are fully consumed. Exceeding limits will no longer be an unpleasant surprise.

Updated creationTime Value for Facebook Events

When sending conversions via API to Facebook some users may have experienced errors accepting these conversions on the traffic source side.

This issue occurred when conversion time was set to “by visit” in the tracker, which could affect conversion optimization and attribution on Facebook.

We have fixed this issue and updated the creationTime parameter sent for Facebook events.
