BeMob bot filters help protect your campaigns from undesirable traffic. Previously, bot filters configured at the account level were applied globally to all incoming traffic across all campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BeMob supports three types of bot filters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Mark as Bot<\/strong> \u2014 accepts the traffic and marks it as bot traffic in your BeMob account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Redirect Bot<\/strong> \u2014 rejects and redirects the undesirable traffic before it reaches BeMob servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Close Connection<\/strong> \u2014 blocks undesirable traffic before it reaches BeMob servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since these filters previously affected all campaigns globally, we\u2019ve introduced campaign-level control to make bot filtering more flexible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s New<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can now enable or disable bot filters individually for each campaign, overriding the global account settings when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How It Works<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the Settings<\/strong> of the required campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Choose one of the available bot filter options for this campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Default (as in Global Settings)<\/strong> \u2014 applies bot filters exactly as configured at the account level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enabled (For This Campaign)<\/strong> \u2014 applies global bot filters to this campaign even if they are later disabled at the account level. Required to make sure that the bot filters always<\/strong> applied to a particular campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disabled (For This Campaign)<\/strong> \u2014 disables the application of global bot filters for this specific campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/strong> Make sure your bot filters are preconfigured at the account level<\/strong> before managing them at the campaign level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This update gives you greater flexibility to control bot traffic behaviour on a per-campaign basis without changing your global account configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
